On Sunday, May 19th, we Saw More In Life Experiences with every SMILE at Mana.It was the bridge to bring the artists and people together, as one. Our SMILE Exhibit VOL 0 was the space to make sure the moment was documented and shared!

We partnered with Mana Contemporary to capture and exhibit the joy it's artist community cultivates daily. During Mana's open studios, we produced a day-long exhibit sharing the SMILEs of the resident artists at Mana and the guests via a series of polaroids. 

Mana houses well over 150 artists of various disciplines, but together they are a part of the same community. Once a year, Mana opens their doors and works alongside the resident artists to allow guests a tour of the grounds. As the guests experienced the studios , they had the opportunity to share their SMILE. We captured their polaroids and added each one to the exhibit on-site. 

The overall exhibit experience featured a series of polaroids, on-site photo moment, merchandise, and music soundtracked by Midnite The DJ, J-NICE, and Middlename  

All polaroids was taken by the documentarian and Jersey City native, Juels Pierrot. As Sir Moore (photos below) & Jean The Hueman (photos above) was on-site to document the moments as well. This pop-up exhibit will be dedicated solely to the people of Jersey City and the artists who call it home.
